The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The dining experience was also delightful, with a restaurant that served delicious food. Special mention to Mr Dwarka Nath for his exceptional hospitality. the service provided here was exceptional and made our stay truly enjoyable.

While everything about this hotel was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The approach road to the hotel tends to get flooded during rains, making it slightly inconvenient to reach.
